How much does it cost to add a listing?
You are able to test drive the site for free; You will have a fully functional listing
viewed by the whole world. If you feel that the listing will aid you in selling your property,
you have the option to upgrade for $24.95 / month and enjoy a number of advanced features which includes full access to messages.
How do I add a listing?
It takes mere minutes. First, you have to register for an account.
- If you haven't already done so, click here to register for a free account
- Once you have your account, enter your email and password in the top left of your screen. Click Login
- You will now be directed to your control panel. Click on "Add a Home" near the top of your screen
- Fill out all of your home information and once you are done, click on on "submit" at the bottom of the screen
- Your home is now added! No Waiting, it is live and ready for the world to see!
How do I add a picture to my listing?
- Enter your email and password in the top left of the screen. Click Login
- Click on "Edit Listing / Add Photo" to the property that you wish to add a picture to
- Click on "Add Photo" at the top of the screen
- Click Browse. A box will pop-up that will allow you to search on your computer for the picture you wish to upload. Find that picture, Click "Open"
- Click on Upload
- Your photo has been uploaded!
- You may add up to 6 photos in total.
*Please note that there is a size restriction for images. No photo over 800k is allowed.
My Property has been sold. How do I remove it?
- Enter your email and password in the top left of the screen. Click Login
- Click on "Delete Listing" to the property that has sold.
- Please click on either "Sold" or "Not Sold, But Please Remove"
- Your listing has now been changed.
