How much does it cost?

Currently, is it free to list and edit your property. We do require you to upgrade in order to view your messages however. If you receive no messages, then there will be no need to upgrade, and no money will be spent by yourself on your listing. We do this as a way to lower the risk for home buyers who are not sure what sort of response they will receive, but wish to get their feet wet in the home selling process.

The upgrade packages come in 2 tiers.

We accept Visa, Mastercard and PayPal.

Why won't my photos upload?

It can be a common that the file size is too large. At times when a photo comes directly from a digital camera, with a high resolution, it comes with a large file size. You may have to resize the image, then try the photo upload process again.

I have uploaded all my photos, how do I change the main image?

The main image is the one that shows up first in search results, and on the maps. It should be the photo the best represents your property.

Why is my map showing an incorrect area?

We use an automatic system to determine where your home is placed on the google map. First, make sure all of your address information is entered correctly. This includes: address, city, postal code. If there is a unit number, include it in the Unit field, and not the address field. If you have edited your address, and it is still incorrect, please contact us, and we will manually change it for you.
